In our sessions, we'll decode the behaviors underlying your actions. You'll discover the ability to use feeling states to direct your actions with awareness and purpose. This enhances self-esteem allowing you to find for the first time or, in some cases, re-find your connection to creativity, play, and intimacy.

Consults are 60 minutes. This time gives me the chance to get to know a bit about you and the issues you find challenging. We'll determine if our therapeutic relationship is a good fit as well as discuss your needs and my approach to treatment. I look forward to hearing from you.
